What this notice covers

This notice explains the current StratCFO marketing website and inquiries sent to StratCFO. Client workflow processing, data access, retention, and provider terms are addressed separately in the relevant engagement documents.

Information you choose to send

The workflow inquiry asks for your name, firm name, firm type, operational bottleneck, and email address. Its button prepares a draft in your own email app. The website does not send that draft or store the form entries in a website database.

If you choose to send the email, StratCFO receives its contents through the email service used for stratcfoai@gmail.com. Information you enter may also be handled by your browser and chosen email application under their settings.

Please do not include client records, tax identifiers, account credentials, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Website requests, fonts & cookies

The hosting infrastructure may process normal request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. These infrastructure practices depend on the hosting service.

The website loads Syne and Plus Jakarta Sans from Google Fonts. Your browser sends requests to Google to retrieve those fonts. Google’s Privacy Policy explains its processing.

The website code does not include advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or use cookies or browser storage to persist form entries. Hosting, account sign-in, and external services may use their own cookies or technical storage.

How inquiries are used

Information you send is used to understand your request, respond, arrange an introductory discussion, and prepare or administer a proposed engagement. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a website marketing list.

Email and hosting providers may process information to operate their services. Relevant information may also need to be handled for legal obligations, security, or recordkeeping.

Retention & requests

The website has no form-submission database. Email correspondence and business records have separate retention needs, including responding to the inquiry, administering an engagement, and meeting applicable obligations.

To ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or discuss deletion, email stratcfoai@gmail.com. We may need information to verify the request and explain any records that need to be retained. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.
